Moving & downsizing help in Dorset

My daughter discovered Dorset Move Management and Suzanne, who turned out to be a real treasure, to whom I owe an enormous debt of gratitude. She is such a pleasant, calm, and unflappable person and with her experience of the house moving world an invaluable source of advice and help.

Suzanne was a great find. She had a calm, planned, and empathetic approach. She is incredibly responsive and sensible. From furniture planning to liaising with clearance and removal companies, and supervising the Dorset move on the day, Suzanne was a trusted help who didn't leave anything to chance. I cannot recommend Suzanne and this service highly enough.

I have been most fortunate to have had Suzanne's help in my recent move. Suzanne not only did many of the administrative tasks involved in the move, but she also came and helped physically with the sorting out of the house which in fact I could not have done without her aid.

I was under pressure to get my house ready for viewings in a short time. Suzanne came in and helped me organise every room, including the garage, so the house looked tidy and welcoming. She even suggested little tweaks that made a big difference for the estate agents. I couldn’t have done it alone, and her calm guidance made the process far less stressful.

We couldn’t decide which furniture to take to our new home. Suzanne came with her computer and created a 3D plan so we could quickly see what would fit and how everything could work. She then helped us make a plan for the rest of our belongings and even organised a local hospice charity to take the furniture we didn’t want.
