Costs for moving, decluttering and downsizing support in Dorset
We believe in being clear and transparent about costs. Every move or organising project is different, so while we publish our session rates below, larger or more complex projects often benefit from a tailored proposal to help plan time, priorities, and support more effectively.
How it works
Step 1-Friendly, no-obligation call
A friendly, no-obligation call to understand your situation, answer questions, and outline how support could work. For longer-term projects, Suzanne may also arrange a home visit (or remote consultation) to understand your priorities and the practical and emotional aspects of the move.
Step 2 – Bespoke and flexible proposal
You’ll receive a tailored proposal with suggested hours, timescales, and support options to ensure the time and recommendations are meaningful and specific.
Step 3 – Sessions begin
Once agreed, sessions are booked in at a pace that suits you. On-site time is charged at a minimum session of three hours.

Discretionary Rate for Clients Aged 60+
We’re pleased to offer a considerate reduced rate for clients in later life.Half-day (3 hours): £135

Additional costs
Travel: 45p per mile outside a 10-mile radius of DT2 0NR
Parking: agreed in advance and added to the final invoice if applicable
Item dispersal: not included in session rates — separate costings provided once requirements, items, and location are confirmed.
